Michelle will arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to set up your spa experience. The massage table is six feet long, so please have an area in your home prepared in order for her to set up the table that will allow enough space to move around during your session. She recommends a space that can be quiet and dimly lit to allow for maximum relaxation. Her setup includes a heated mattress pad and luxurious linens, as well as bolsters for comfort, aromatherapy for relaxation, and soothing music. We will take a few moments prior to starting the session to discuss your goals and health history. Once your session is complete, she will leave your space just as it was before the session and allow you to continue relaxing.
Swedish/Relaxation Massage
Promotes relaxation and stress reduction through long gliding soothing movements to improve circulation and calm the nervous system.
Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage
Involves applying firm pressure with slow strokes, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to reach the deeper layers of muscle and fascia to release tension, reduce chronic pain, increase flexibility, and improve performance.
Prenatal Massage
Shown to reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health. This massage centers the needs of the mother-to-be and creates comfort with a supportive full body cushion (which can also be helpful for clients who suffer from low back pain or recently had breast surgery).

- 60 Minutes = $180
- 90 Minutes = $230
- 2 Hours = $250
*For single sessions at one location, a minimum 90 minute session, or $230 is required.
All services have the option to include hot stones, heated towels, cupping, and aromatherapy. Hot stones help relieve tension, increase relaxation and blood flow, and ease stress. Medical grade silicone cups are used to create suction over the skin to release muscle and fascia, which can increase range of motion and decrease pain.
In addition to in-home services, we offer chair massage services for businesses, non-profits, and private events. Please contact us to check availability and receive a quote for services.
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your service. Late cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service.
